Le producteur ne pouvant pas venir jusqu'à Asnières-sur-Seine, nous préférons trouver un nouveau partenaire en mesure d'apporter les fruits aux Amapiens le mercredi soir. Le contact direct entre les consom'acteurs et le producteur est clé dans la démarche de notre AMAP. Nous devrions pouvoir démarrer un nouveau partenariat à partir de septembre. POMMES BIO EN DIRECT DES VERGERS DE L'AISNE
En partenariat avec 2 autres AMAP (Clichy et La-Garenne), Hallentours propose à compter de Septembre 2009 un abonnement à des sacs de pommes de 2kg distribués une fois par mois, en direct du producteur Xavier Ferté installé dans l'Aisne. Ces pommes sont 100% bio et de variétés variées..... L'association des croqueurs de pommes a recensé plus de 11,000 espèces enregistrées!!
Savez-vous qu'une pomme cultivée en 'conventionnel' subit jusqu'à 35 traitements (culture & conservation)?

Oui, une pomme issue de l'agriculture conventionnelle subit en moyenne 30 traitements avant d'arriver dans notre assiette, 22 (seulement !!) quand elle est issue de l'agriculture dite raisonnée ... et 0 quand elle est biologique !!
