Qu'est-ce qu'une AMAP?

L'AMAP permet à nos adhérents de bénéficier d’un panier hebdomadaire de produits en vente directe sur une période déterminée. Ce système de développement durable assure aux adhérents des produits frais de saison et de qualité que les amapiens prépayent en début de saison. Le producteur s’engage à produire le plus naturellement possible (label AB) et à nous livrer chaque semaine. Grâce à ce système, il a l’assurance de pouvoir écouler sa marchandise à un prix équitable pendant toute une saison. En cas d’aléas climatiques, nous (les consom’acteurs) sommes solidaires du producteur et supportons les éventuelles pertes qui peuvent en découler. Notre AMAP est membre du réseau des Amaps d'Ile-de-France.
