Comme vous ne le savez sans doute pas, le 1er décembre s'ouvre la pêche de la coquille St Jacques en baie de Seine; c'est la "Rolls" de la coquille, et les marins pêcheurs de Trouville sur mer se groupent afin de livrer en direct leur produit. Si vous arrivez à vous regrouper, un camion réfrigéré arrivera à Asnières en direct du bateau: de l'ultra frais, car les coquilles auront maximum 12 heures, à comparer avec ce que vous trouvez sur vos marchés et poissonnier qui a d'habitude 3 jours... Le tarif sera celui du mareyeur plus le coût de transport...soit environ 1€ d'économie au kilo! Le camio se déplace à partir de 300kgs, et on vous les épluche sur place, devant vous... |

Merci de l'intérêt que vous portez à notre action
Comme vous avez pu le lire, nous allons livrer votre marché à partir de 300Kgs de coquilles, soit environ (car les premières coquilles sont magnifiques!) 4 à 5 noix coraillées au Kg. Comptez un Kg par personne pour un repas digne de ce nom. Vous pourrez surgeler ces coquilles, épluchées ou non (nous, à Trouville, nous préférons les surgeler dans la coquille, avec les barbes, qui servent de base à une super-soupe de poissons...mais chuttttt!).
Groupez vous, le tarif actuel sera aux alentours de 5€/kg ( c'est payé 3€ à la débarque par beau temps, mais par exemple aujourd'hui, seuls 2 bateaux sont sortis, soit 300Kgs/marin/bateau, c'est le cota), mais avant Noël, çà va monter, car la demande est forte et la pêche est réduite à 4 heures par jour, sur 5 jours...
